We are able to provide a wide range of training courses in the critical skills required to succeed in industry. These range from leadership training courses right through to problem solving and performance improvement tools.


We do not teach in a formal ‘pupil-teacher’ manner. Our classes are designed to be interactive and spark discussions based around real examples relating to individual experiences. This form of teaching allows people who come on our training courses to convert theory into meaningful discussions relevant to their own working environment and immediate challenges their companies face.

About our training courses

Carcharodon was founded in 2002 and specialises in business improvement by placing highly skilled consultants on client sites to deliver change projects and training in the critical skills required to succeed in industry. 

Our training courses range from leadership skills training through to reliability improvement tools and have been designed to be interactive.  We do cover world-class models and processes but we do not run teacher pupil style classes. Anyone coming on our training courses can expect to take an active role with discussions based around real examples of their own challenges so that we can convert academic discussions on best practice to practical ways these can be applied to their own environment.  Attendees will gain an understanding of key principles of the topic and will be given practical tools to take away and use from the first day they return to work.

Our training courses have been run internationally and have all been developed based on our learning from consulting assignments and best practice that has been developed through our network of clients, associates and discipline experts.
